  • Shipping Time: 4–6 business days
  • Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders within the United States
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days (processing + shipping)

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at support@evelyn-estelle.com.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can still return the item following our Return Policy. In this case, return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered (such as the wrong size or color), please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@evelyn-estelle.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

If the issue is confirmed to be on our side, we will provide a replacement or full refund and cover any related return shipping costs.


Delivery Delays
