1. Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In their original condition with all tags still attached

2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@evelyn-estelle.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
    • A brief explanation of the reason
  2. Our support team will respond with detailed instructions, including the return address.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely. Be sure to include your order number (invoice or note inside the package).
  4. Send the package to the address provided.

Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll move forward with the refund or exchange if it meets the conditions.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 2 business days after your returned item is received and approved.
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to a defective item or our mistake.

4. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@evelyn-estelle.com.

In such cases:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs
  • You can choose between a replacement or a full refund at no extra charge
